@SofaBaton, I have linked SofaBaton to my Google Nest Hub in the recent past, but now I cannot see the linked App/device, and it immediately disappears when I re-add the link. I know that the Google Home app has been updated recently but SofaBaton linked App in Google Home no longer works whereas my other linked Apps remain valid. BTW, the control with Alexa remained good last time I checked, but today it seems out. Please fix these issues.

Actually, Google Home seemed to have dropped it going to X1 Hub v12. So I just relinked it and now … no response to voice commands. But I’ll have to check it later, since I somewhat remember my previous set up took a day to activate. Maybe it takes some time for the servers to replicate the chain?

It’s been working for me. How to Link SofaBaton to Google Home: Steps: 
 Open Google Home app
 Click +  in upper left  Click “Set up device”
 Select “Works with Google”  
Click search icon upper right 
 Enter Sof 
 Select Sofabaton This should launch an AWS authenticate web page. (If it doesn’t launch AWS correctly, try clicking on Sofabaton again or click and hold for a moment longer.) The AWS page will show the Sofabaton logo and login fields, into which you need to enter your SofaBaton X1 account login info. This will link Google Home to the X1 Hub, and will populate Google Home’s Linked fields with a Sofbaton service. To use an Activity you say "Hey Google, turn on (activity name)" using the name of the X1 Activity you defined in the Sofabaton app. The Activity will activate and fire up the device(s), and the remote will switch to the selected Activity controls.

I was really annoyed that the Denon code for mine didn’t include a Display Dimmer command. But I found that higher level Denon codes worked fine and had the 3 intensity dimmer. I’ve since been hacking and blending to get more than original functions. Try the Denon XVR3400 code base.

All’s well for my Denon. Be sure your app is most current and that Hub is updated to V11, then go to Devices, select your Denon, click Edit in the upper right, and select Add/repair key. Select the Power key(s) and click Repair. Try the options listed there. The Learn commands from original remote option should get you done. My Denon AVR worked fine from their original code base. Suggest pull the batteries, wait a few seconds, and reinstall new batteries. This might reset the U1 and make the display behave. Then pair the U1 as usual. Otherwise contact SofaBaton or your retailer.

My denon avr-s760 has been fully responsive to the X1, no issues. Try downloading that device. I assume you’ve updated both the Hub and Remote…?
