HalleFlippinLujah, they FINALLY fixed the remote. Now, dont ever update it again! lol

This company is the WORST when it comes to updating their product!! Seriously considering purchasing a different remote. I've been waiting for almost 2 months for them to fix something that their first update broke

Any word on when this will get fixed? We have reverted back to our old remote because you have not fixed the issue that your first update created

I have the same issues with my AT&T Uverse box since the first update. Takes 3 or 4 button presses before it registers an action. I figured the update that I did today would finally fix the issue but no. Still dealing with these issues. Everything was working fine until they started pushing out these updates.
