Beside power cycle it works for me if I start an activity with the app of the phone. After that the remote can connect again.

It started with the latest update. Got similar reports on Facebook. It did not happen during sync, it always happened when I tried to start an activity. No changes made via App. It actually happened a minute ago, and the app wasn't used at all for 24+ hours. It needs a fix, i can't sell my wife a remote which doesn't turn on the devices.

Would like that feature too, to manually add hex codes.
