Issue was fixed after clearing the app cache

It doesn't matter which device, the behavior is the same for every device. It seems that the signal from the X1 remote from 2.5 / 3 meters is simply no longer received correctly by the hub. As requested, I can make a video of this, but what should I try to make visible? That I press a button on the X1 and that my TV does not respond to it, for example? I wonder if a video in this is clearer than my description of the problem.

It is a pity that Sofabaton no longer responds to this, for example with replacement by better ir-extenders. In any case, I think that the support and reactions of Sofabaton could be better and faster.

I do not use the original remotes anymore, only using the X1 remote. Issue does occur every few days. Latest firmware update did not fix or improve this.

Unfortunately no more solution received from Sofabaton. The supplied ir extenders are of such poor quality that neither of them work anymore. Fortunately I still had my Logitech ir blasters, I connected them to the X1 hub. Now it works perfectly and the range has also become much much better.

I don't understand why it should take Sofabaton so long to fix this simple issue. In the meantime I was able to solve it myself. With another universal 5€ IR remote control, which does support the MED600X3D correctly, I learned the ir-codes with the X1 hub.

I think you didn't read the question very well. Question is not to add the device to the database. But the question is to fix the issue that the button codes for ArrowUp, ArrowDown, ArrowLeft and ArrowRight are send twice by the hub. So for example when you press the ArrowDown button it goes 2 positions down instead of 1. So these buttons are now totally useless cause you are not able to select the correct record, cause it always skips 1 record.

I've tested this with my X1 and don't have that problem. If I have chosen an activity and choose it again, the status of the devices remains the same. My X1 has the latest software update, this issue may have been resolved in this version.

The single ir-extender works fine. But the double ir-extender cable doesn't, even when i hold it directly in front of the ir-receiver from the tv. The ir casing falls apart and the jack plug seems to be very bad, when i wiggle the cable at the jack plug it sometimes works. Seems the cable has been broken directly after the jack plug.
