    I recently was told that the X1S will be available this month (December 2023). Sofabaton has promised to send one to me this month.

    Is there already a solution for this? The USB connection of my hub is starting to wear out because I have to power cycle it almost daily.

    What kind of an API interface is this? Who is waiting for an external API. A local API has been promised, right? Now you can request (external) links in the Sofabaton with which you can then perform your activities: on/off.

    Same issue here from the beginning. With previous firmware i needed to restart multiple times per week. With firmware 11 i need to restart every day, sometimes more than once a day. It gets worse with each update

    I don't expect this to be available any time soon. Looks like they're not getting the X1 certified with Google. Strange because the GVA certification is not that exciting.

    Still same issue here. Need to power cycle the HUB every day to get it to work again. Light on the front is green. Immediately after the power cycle, the last selected action of the remote is performed. Both HUB and Remote have latest firmware. This issue was not resolved in any previous firmware.

    Sorry Sofabaton, but can you really not read? This is really bizarre. I clearly indicate that the navigation buttons left and down no longer work, no 'click' and no output. Then you dare to ask me which devices it concerns which I am trying to operate??? It's the same thing over and over, you don't read the mail or pretend you don't understand. Every day I've been beta testing and troubleshooting the X1 for you for months. Can I declare my hours with you? I have already sent you an email again with the requested video in which the problem is visible but mainly audible, you clearly hear a 'click' with the other buttons and NO 'click' with the navigation left and down buttons. This is now the umpteenth problem I experience with the X1, in addition to the short range, poor battery life, daily restarting of the hub and so on. The list gets longer by the week. I really hope you will find a solution now. Just send me a new X1, which I have now is just NOT good and is getting more and more defective. And NO this is not due to the devices I want to operate, but it is due to the poor quality of the X1 remote and hub!!! This is also not due to the use, I have 2 Logitech harmony's that have been working for about 10 years without any problems. In the meantime I'm about to throw the X1 in the trash and look for another working and stable solution. At the time, you announced the X1 with great fanfare, but after the money came in, it seems like everything has been put on the back burner. With this you will no longer bind customers and your customers will run away to the competitor!! A long story with a lot of frustration, but again: Sofabaton just solve this!!!!!

    1. Ok, i will wait for the update. 2. By this I mean that the X1 remote no longer responds if the distance between Hub and Remote is more than 2 to 3 meters. The Remote works well up to a distance of up to 2 meters of unobstructed view. 3. It's impossible to control. Only after power cycle there's connection between Hub and Remote again. 4. By this I mean that the build quality of the ir-extender housing is bad. The ir extenders were already falling apart when I took them out of the box. In one of the extenders, both legs of the ir-led were even soldered together. After a few days, the extenders stopped working. I then replaced these with the ir blasters of my Logitech Harmony remote, these work perfectly and have a very good range! 5. I have never changed the sleep time of the LCD, it is still the default. It will turn off after a few seconds. 6. Ok, i will wait for the update. 7. Ok, i will wait for the update. 8. No, no update available. But the Remote does this regularly for no reason at all.

    It's not like I just set up my X1, I've been using it for several months now. The battery problem has been there since the first week I've been using it. So the answer of setting up a new device makes no sense here. The frequency of use certainly affects the battery, but it's not like I use the X1 to the extreme. How am I supposed to see the battery life of 1-2 months you specified, is that with pressing 1 button per day? Sofabaton, I'm kinda done with your answers. The reported problems are simply not read or only half read and then an answer comes that makes no sense. Problems are only partially solved or not solved at all. The X1 is still in a heavy Beta stage and there is still a lot of work to be done on the software. My biggest problems so far: 1. Almost every day the message 'Lost hub' 2. Very poor range between hub and X1 remote, max 2-3 meters. 3. Every few days the hub stops responding and needs a power cycle. 4. Very poor quality IR extenders, both defective after a few days. 5. Battery needs to be charged every week under normal use. 6. Still no API 7. Still no Google Assistant integration 8. X1 screen turns on/off automatically every few minutes while the X1 just lies still on the table. Sofabaton I hope you will deal with this better and provide a faster solution and a stable product. But I doubt that my message is now being read properly and taken up further.
