It did found the VIP5202 right away and that wasn’t happening before. So something is changed indeed. But when it “tests” the device (something like: did it turn off properly?) it doesn’t do anything. It still doesn’t respond on any button while my other devices do respond properly. Any idea?

Are you guys working on this? Is that what you mean? I also got informed to try via Bluetooth but my Arris device doesn't allow to connect with an other Bluetooth device. Not sure how and why because I did manage it with Logitech Harmony. I guess because that was via de Hub. I hope this device will be added soon to the Sofabaton hub.

Is it worth a try to search for Motorola VIPxxxx instead of Arris or is it completely different? Everything went fine with my Logitech Harmony. Not sure about the IR thing.
