The missing number pad should be a showstopper. You cannot expect users to set an activity for that. Replace your product owner if that’s your solution! It would be way better to provide us a number pad interface on the display and allow us navigating through it using the buttons

Stil not working. What a shame

It is indeed still not working. As said I tried adding the Arris VIP5202 device and it does not respond at all. My other devices do respond.

3 months later still not working! I got this product for almost a year now and cannot use it. Shame on you

I’ve also tried to “teach” the POWER button that doesn’t respond after configuring the device but unfortunately without any result..

If so, the Sofabaton is useless to me. Thank god I got my Harmony still connected but this is pretty annoying. Hopefully they’ll solve it asap.
