I sent them a video per mail. So they can see that the hub is dead. They asked in a mail response for it. I hope there will be a solution for us.

I used the recent app. The LED of the hub was dead after the update. I closed the app and after that I unplugged and plugged the hub back again. Same result as before. No LED, no reaction of the hub. I can't do anything.

I'm 100% sure that our hubs are bricked. This mustn't happen. @Sofabaton Come on give us something!

The only reply I got was via Kickstarter messenger. They send me the same instructions to update that posted here. I should update on Bluetooth mode again. So funny because the hub doesn't do anything after the update. I even checked the power plug but that's ok. I'm really pissed of right now.
