Did you try fix/repair keys? This lets you download specific key commands from the cloud. If this doesn't work Sofabaton is planning to optimize the learning function by 4/11.
Sofabaton told me that at this time the magic remote was not a compatible device. You might be waiting for a while. Anyway, good luck. I hope you get it working.
No, the I/R is in the hub. There are I/R wireless extenders that are available on amazon. I don't know of any other way to do it. https://www.amazon.com/BAFX-Products-Wireless-Repeater-Extender/dp/B073WQNHQP/ref=sr_1_13?keywords=ir+extender&qid=1649032616&sr=8-13
Is the TV too far away for a repeater? If so, then there are wireless I/R repeaters available on Amazon that could work for you. Depending on the distance to the tv and other interference your mileage will vary. I have used them before in the past and they do work.
I have an LG Oled as well. I added the power off command in the power settings when asked 'How does your original remote switch on and off'. I have Power(no long press) and Power Off(no long press). There may be another way to deal with it but that works for me.
Are you sure you chose the correct source switching mode for that tv when you created the source list? I believe for Visio you would have used the 3rd one down in the list?
Add/Repair keys for the cable box in devices. This lets you pull down specific commands for a device from the cloud. If this doesn't work then you'll have to wait for the learning feature update.
