This is still not fixed after 2022-04-28 update. Please let us know when this will be fixed? Like I already said, this was working fine before the updates…something has been broken!
My VIP2262 still not working after updates. It seems that these devices use a different type of IR commands that the X1 and/or the hub struggle with? The VIP2262 was working fine before the firmware updates...they broke something somewhere.
Hi, I’m having the exact same issue with my Bell Fibe box (Motorola VIP2262). It was working perfectly (including macros) before the last firmware update. Glad that I’m not the only one with this kind of problem. Hopefully they will fix this soon…now my X1 is unusable!
Arris/Motorola VIPxxxx devices seems to have problems with the X1. I've been able to add my VIP2262 but the devices is not always responding to key presses. I often have to click several times on the buttons on the X1 remote to get a response from the device. It seems that there are IR signal problems with these devices.
