I updated the hub firmware to V10 and it broke my Bell Fibe Box (VIP2262)….Again!!! The device doesn’t react to every key press, have to press multiple times…WHY??!! Very disappointing!

I updated the X1 firmware and change the delay value in a macro and click ‘Save’. Came back to the macro and delay value is still showing the previous value…so, it does’t work! Please fix this!

All of a sudden, without doing nothing special, long press is working again??! Very strange behaviour. This new update is not reliable at all.

Long press doesn’t work anymore for me as well. Some things are fixed, things that were working are broken…Good job Sofabaton! :(

I totally agree with you! The remote was broken on their first update and it’s unusable since then…at least for me!

I know! It seems that the hub have problems with this particular type of IR signals...very strange issue! This occurs only with my VIP2262, all other devices are properly working.

Useless with my VIP2262 as well...for the moment. I'm still using my old Harmony 650 until they fix this! Hopefully they will...
