Is it possible to get this code (for the "Last" command key) directly from Arris? Maybe they can provide this information to you and add it to the code database??! Just asking!

Unfortunately, the original remote is Bluetooth only…So I can't learn the command from it. And I don't have the IR version :( What else can I try? Thanks again for your help!

I have the exact same issues with one of my devices (Arris VIP2262). And I agree with you, the setup is not as easy as with the Harmony 650. There is still work to be done…

All Arris devices seam to have trouble with v10... @Sofabaton: You should look at this instead of trying to update databases.

I'm having the exact same issue with my Arris VIP2262 STB since I installed the hub V10 firmware. Same as you, V9 was working just fine. Please Sofabaton fix this as I am not the only one having this problem.

I have the same issue on my side with my Bell Fibe STB device (VIP2262). The APP works fine but not when using the X1 remote (slow/sluggish/unresponsive).
