I just emailed them last night on the same and said the same about 625 which confused them somehow :) (not sure as it was detailed i tried 65R625 and it DOES NOT work need 65R635 for this newer TCL 65" 4K HDR television. Stinks too because the U1 has worked great for me (X1 not really at all to many issues). Hope they get this newer TV (it is a 2021 model!) soon!

Same issue as many have shared here, during BT setup all completes with Node detected/configured. The IOS app then just spins saying it cannot find WIFI. I have forced the 2.4ghz on my Iphone and the X1 Hub setup and my SSID are enabled. I will add that I bought this due to the decent (not up to Logitech Harmony, but close enough) U1 use and setup. Quite disappointed I cannot even get past the setup of this device. Please share a firmware or update your IOS/Android App so these will work :). I am staying positive and glad to share/test back
