It not only happen on the scroll wheel but the directional buttons as well. The latter squeeks when pressed on long term usage. Quality of X1 is just bad.

My Hub us v13 but my remote is v9. and my wifi is v0.0.0

I did that but it did not fix the context menu. (pop up menu) when press and hold on an app.

I do have a similar experience. The IR blasters are less sensitive than my HarmonyHub ones. My Yamaha soundbar is less responsive when it comes to volume changes as compared with my HarmonyHub even after updating the latest firmware and app versions.

Just got my unit and am facing same problem as the rest above. Connected to same Wifi but the Hub just failed to connect after the Wifi provisioning. My android device just failed to find the X1 Hub.
