Update: I got long presses working again! I needed to first delete my old TV activity,and then re-add it. Thanks!

Still not working for me after this latest update. I just see that the remote control now shows Firmware V9 under the Set menu. Tried unplugging the hub and resyncing a few times with no luck.

Thanks. I learned that I can get long presses working somewhat by switching to the Devices page on the remote. Need to select the appropriate device. But still no luck from the Activities page. May try deleting my activities in the app and rebuild them tomorrow.

Remote learning is supposedly coming in 2 weeks or so. I had trouble with Activity buttons at first, but later discovered that I needed to assign both the short press and the long press to the same function before it would work consistently.

Yep you pretty much nailed it. Needs lots of refinements, but with some determined effort it is possible to get this thing pretty functional. Although I do miss the voice search on my other remotes.
