It says to directly contact after-sales support with problems. Is support not reading the comments and problems being written here. I've been posting all my issues here so, is there somewhere else I should be contacting?

I have the same problem. I finally gave up and programmed a on the remote specifically for input so that I can set it manually once everything is turned on. Def not ideal but I too can't get the input to switch properly on startup.

I had already tried that several times (manually syncing). As I mentioned, the only thing that fixed it was to delete the activity and re-enter it AFTER all the device edits had been done.

Firesticks have always been problematic with any universal remote. I finally gave up and replaced them with Roku express. Those work great.

I did discover that if I create an activity AFTER the device keys are edited, then sync the remote, the key edits I entered then work. The activity I created before I edited the device keys did not work properly and I had to delete it and recreated to get the key edits to transfer to the remote. The soft device keys in the app however still do not work and this needs to be fixed.

Better support would definitely be a plus here. I got a few devices to work but, none completely. Some, like my firesticks, won't work at all. I get the impression this is a "not ready for prime time" device. More like a beta test and, we're the guinea pigs. I'm hoping that as time goes on, issues will get addressed and fixed and it will be a better device. I like the design and the concept and could be something better than the Harmony but, if it doesn't work it's pretty useless.

I have the same problem. No matter how may times I press the key (multiple tried), the hub never acknowledges the keypress for programming.
