works for me if you have the apple tv paired via bluetooth with the u1

don't give up! it takes a lot of tinkering to get it to work, but it's worth it in the end.

Bluetooth pair the x1 to your apple tv, then hold whatever button you have assigned to home to bring up the apple tv sleep menu. There isn't a power function for apple tv's.

My best advice is to add your device with whatever code set mostly works, then go in and repair each non working button by trying the alternative options. It's hard to explain, but it's definitely doable.

I used the refreshrate app on my shield to set buttons from my tv remote (red, green, yellow and blue) to control Netflix, YouTube, Plex and Disney plus. Takes a little tinkering to figure out but it's the best way I've found so far.

I believe I'm having the same issue. For example, i can press my apple tv activity, but my yamaha activity is highlighted in green instead, and some buttons will be unresponsive. I guess for now I'll just have to keep redoing the activities when this happens until a fix is made.

Mine is working now with single presses using 67 or 107, can't remember. I literally went one by one through the list clicking the input button until i found codes that my tv responded to. From there i filtered out the list to ones that had the most functions available. Everything is pretty much working, but I'm pretty let down at how much of a struggle this has been so far. Best of luck to you. My best advice is, forget trying to make this work like the u1 and embrace the activities approach.

There is a way to disable it from powering off when you press off, but it's a pain to get to. I finally have mine working well with my Sony OLED, Receiver, apple TV wnd Shield. Took way longer than it should have and who knows if it's going to glitch out later. I honestly don't mind the off button now that i know how it works with activities. Best of luck, don't give up.

Seems like most functions work on my a80j with codes 67 and 107 from Sony unable to find model list.

Glad it's not just me. Kinda sucks because I've been looking forward to this for months.
