Is your hub on version 13? Since updating to the latest version for the hub and remote mine has been working well.

Since I bought this remote during the Kickstarter campaign and I had it for several months before it actually worked well enough for me to use I’m just glad it finally works. The font is legible and not that ugly to me. I would much prefer that they spend their time fixing any ongoing technical problems instead of “fixing” the font. I’m not even sure that the screen would support what is shown in the Amazon images.

Thanks for the update, V13 has fixed the disconnect issue I was having with Bluetooth and the AppleTV 4K.

How do I send you video? My device is AppleTV 4K using Bluetooth. It disconnects if you haven’t used the remote in the last 10 minutes.

I’m having this same problem with Bluetooth disconnecting from the AppleTV 4K. After a few minutes the AppleTV will display Keyboard Disconnected. If you press a key it will then reconnect and display Keyboard Connected. Before the upgrade this wasn’t a problem

I couldn’t get it to change sources. I was going to remove it and add it back. Then I’ll have to recreate my activities which at this point is just 2 until it works.

I tried the new code base and it does work better, but when switching activities it doesn’t change the input source like it should. If I go in and trigger the input source multiple times it will eventually switch source.
