Haven't had any issues with my Denon yet, thats the least of my problems.

Wrong input, no sound, tv not on, there's always something to trip up the family, i hear you. For all of these so called 'smart' devices, they ain't half stupid!!! :D

You know, if every device had a seperate on/off command, this would probably work, at least in my setup my TV always manages to end up being in the wrong mode due to having a single button for both. I do think they have tried to do activities the same as logitech though, who also don't have a way to replay the activity once started.

Just out of interest, what device are you trying to learn? and have you tried the same vendors various options?

I'm going to assume that this is your first activity based remote? How is the remote supposed to know if your devices have gone into standby mode? And then how is it supposed to know which devices need to wake up? Logitech remotes work the same way, and i've had to add tv/amp power buttons to my activity settings on that as well. What you are asking for would only be possible if the remote/hub knew the exact state of every device it's working with. Which really isn't possible at the moment.
