Just updated but bluetooth connection to my AppleTV 4K gets disconnected after a few minutes.
Then for the next keypress it needs to reconnect first.
This is a bug that needs to be fixed, bluetooth needs to remain connected.
I have the same issue, I have to reconnect in the AppleTV settings to the remote. After that it works.
My AppleTV sleeps but also when it is woken up it doesn’t work until I reconnect.
I am also seeing quite a lot of lost hub errors.
Restarting the hub solves the problem
I am on the latest firmware on both the hub and remote.
Maybe add a overview of firmware versions for both the hub and remote so it’s easier to check.
It doesn't work accros VLAN's right now.
I just received my two Remotes so still setting things up.
The app just broadcasts to it's own VLAN so will never reach the other VLAN.
I have to switch my phone to my other VLAN during setup.
But I don't trust the remote to be in my trusted VLAN.
I have done a WireShark and the app broadcasts to 8100-8102 by the looks of it.
I have enabled the firewall rules but still it doesn't see accross the VLAN.
This was the answer from support:
Android system is different from IOS,
Android uses port 8000 by default, (if 8000 is occupied, the next port is used)
IOS uses port 8105 by defaul
@Sofabaton I really need you to answer this question.
You know exactly what ports are used and I really need these hubs into my IoT VLAN because they are not on a trustworthy level communication wise.
