That might be true if this were their first remote ever. It isn't. It's kickstarter, not an alpha test. I'm on a Sony Xperia 1 III. It's not a low end Android device. This also isn't my first smart remote. I know what to expect. I set up Control4 and Crestron stuff for work. I have at my house a variety of Harmony remotes. I have an old Neeo remote from their kickstarter. I even have a caavo remote. This release is pathetic. This is definitely the cheapest smart remote I've ever owned, but come on. An app like this in 2022 is ridiculous. It's like no one bothered to test it, or they're expecting the customers to do the testing. They sell this thing on Amazon right now. There is no way you're going to argue that I should just deal with the bugs when they are selling it to normal customers on a real store front. It's coming from this company, not from some third party. This should be a finished product. It looks like a child programmed the interface, and their database is outdated if it cannot find a single device of mine correctly other than the apple tv.
