To keep everyone updated I emailed the SofaBaton team ---- Good morning SofaBaton Team, TLDR: how do you turn on the remote? I was super excited to start using the remote yesterday when it arrived in the mail. Unfortunately, I'm not figuring out how to turn the remote on. While I'm a software engineer and I've been highly involved in projects of all different sizes this remote boggles my mind, leading me to believe it's defective. Upon receiving the SofaBaton X1 I attempted to set it up. With the remote not turning on, I plugged it in and continued to set up the hub. While the hub works as expected the remote still won't power on. After exploring all options in the app I discovered 'pairing mode' but holding off and back don't produce any result either. Am I missing something? Please help, I'm really excited about this remote!!
