Sire has changed my wording: Not all commands are executed that are in the devices ON sequence, from the devices ON sequence all commands are executed… BTW, is there a way to send personal messages? Then I would give you my email address. That would make it easier to discuss.

I was already able to test it and found another bug: What all command in the devices ON/OFF settings are executed that are in the ON sequence from the OFF sequence only the first command is executed… When I doe a test in the setup screen it works, when initiated from an activity it does not work :-(

I had the same idea, but I would need to mute my TV when I power the Harmon-Kardon receiver ON and unmute THV when powering OFF the receiver. In the ON/OFF setup you can only add commands for the given device not for another one…. So I will try to add a new command to the receiver and teach it from the TV remote. I‘ll test that tomorrow and let you know if I succeed.

Thanks for your Help… It´s coming from the two activities. When I delete the mute command in the shutdown sequence of one of the activities the mute command is only executed once…

I assume that you are David from the Sofabaton support. Can You look directly into my activity settings? This should be found in my saved setting of my account. I have a mute command in two different activities in the startup and in the shutdown activity. I use that when watching TV or NETFLIX using my Harman-Kardon receiver as surround system. A 3rd activity is jusi switching the Harmon-Kardon ON 1. At start everything if OFF and there is no activity running. 2. I switch my TV on using the original remote from LG (so I can see if it gets commands) 3. I start the activity that ist only using the Harmon-Kardon receiver ——— the TV gets two mute commands, one of each activity where a mute commend is in the shutdown sequence !!!! 4. I press the OFF button on the X2 ——— the Harmon-Kardon receiver switches OFF ——— the TV gets two mute commands, one of each activity where a mute commend is in the shutdown sequence !!!! So the hub sends all shutdown sequences off all activities. If I remove the mute commands from the shutdown sequences (I left them in the startup sequences) the TV gets no mute commands!!!! That proves my theory…

It´s not the switching off off the devices, the problem is that it sends the shutdown sequences of all activities when you switch directly to another activity. And if you have a command lick for instance „mute TV“ in one of your shutdown seqences the TV gets muted even if you need it in both activities.

Does anybody from Sofabaton reading these posts?

I would appreciate if somebody can test it with his system. I would like to know if it’s only related to my hub or if that is a common issue. Thank you very much, greetings from Germany.

I’m writing back-and-forth with the service of Sofabaton, but they only suggest to make changes in my startup sequences. That does not make sense. I had the opportunity to have a protocol within professional infrared receiver. The hub does definitely send all shutdown sequences when I start an activity..
