c New defect Power off/toggle programmed but ignored by power off sequence. Command works in device test, but not activity test or in actual use. Fix activity not available on remote

Managed to get Virgin Media 360 setup (mostly) Posted here in reply to someone else who had issues. Repeated the instructions here. There were issues in that this is both not offered when searching for "Virgin Media" or "360". Also easy to miss both because command repeat needed to be 1, not 0, and no buttons were set-up correctly. ( I found this by accident when I decided to ignore that I was getting no response during the tests and then accidentally double-clicked button during the add missing command routine.) To use: Add the device, ignore that it doesn't work. Goto "Add or Fix Commands" Choose "Power"..."Edit" Then "Select A Suitable Command From The Cloud" Power (toggle) - 12 out of 14 Power Off - 2 of 5. ** Power On - 2 of 3. ** 0 - 5 of 7 1 - 5 of 7 2 - 5 of 6 3 - 5 of 7 4 - 5 of 6 5 - 6 of 7 6 - 5 of 7 7 - 5 of 7 8 - 5 of 7 9 - 5 of 7 Guide - 4 of 14 Help - 1 of 1 Info - 3 of 5 Interactive - can't find and don't know what it is Last - 2 of 5 ( this is actually the back button) List - don't know Page down - can't find. Yes.. remote brand new and both hub and remote v5 As an aside I can see switching off my newly configured Virgin Media device also fails, actually both between activities and when off button pressed. The individual button and device power off tests fine. See my other thread for the required configuration for Virgin Media. Definitely seems to be issue with whole swathes of power sequences being ignored. Frustrating because there's no "fix" option on the actual remote, and because cannot add power buttons as softkeys onto the remote.. app gui says Device name (power) but activity on device just lists the text "power" however many devices we have means I just always have phone app available and defeats point of having such a lovely physical remote.

Also... That Ziggo (Virgin Media 360) device allows discovery of discrete power off and on, however they're actually power toggle commands. Not the true discrete power available in Harmony Elite

Also noting new defect: If command repeats set to 1 and then apply to all, subsequent command searches default to 0 which means they don't work. Means each needs to be overridden to 1 individually.

There's a number of issues: 1) why isn't Ziggo (Virgin Media 360) offered even starving for Virgin Media? Prevents user from finding the device 2) the power toggle needs to be changed to 12 of 14. 3) command repeat needs to be 1 not 0 else no commands at all work Issues above prevents user from finding the device and in turn then means even if told that is the correct device, don't choose the device because will never pass the initial power on test. the device

Edit 2: I also found this... That suggests to me that maybe what's working on the x1 doesn't work on the X2 for some reason. Are the databases separate? Also to confirm that the power management does work when the off button pressed and all of effected components turned off. This confirms to me the second bug with power management is being ignored entirely, but only when switching activities. Shame I can't call that however from the inter-activity power management as part of the activity power off sequence.
