What @Neorun said. And in the meantime you should put up a disclaimer or side note on the website because as of now it just is NOT fully compatible with Hue and when you just bought the new Hue Bridge as a first timer it's not compatible at all! One of the reasons I for one bought the XS1.

Hi.. thanks for answering.. I have had de XS1 working since I unpacked it and had it working with both older bridges.. But last week or so Philips released a new Hue Bridge Pro ( https://www.philips-hue.com/en-us/p/hue-bridge-pro/046677582111 ) that is the one which can not be found in wifi devices of the X1S. Restarted both. Tried the bridge both on 2.4 and 5Ghz wifi bands and even wired on the same network. But it cannot be found by the X1S. Restarted both X1S hub and Hue Bridge Pro
