Hi, i had the same problem. the apple tv sees the x1s as a keyboard and when you don’t use it for a long time (overnight) the bluetooth connection is lost. i usually use the apple remote and then see a popup that the connection is lost and with using the right arrow key on the x1s remote it connects again. so i used that the next day also. press the right key arrow and wait for 5 seconds or more and then start the activity with the apple tv. i use the apple remote because the x1s remote makes queeking sound when i use it; have to get in contact whit sofabaton about this. hope this will help you; good luck.
