Still no working Guide and Channel down. I did however, find a reasonable workaround: For the Guide button; create a macro that does the following: Home - Delay 0,5 - Arrow Up - Delay 0,5 - Arrow Right - Arrow Right - Delay 0,5 - OK. For the Channel down: I've enabled HDMI CEC on both the TV and the KPN box. With the TV remote, I can control the channel down. So I added the channel down from the TV to the channel down button for the 'Watch TV' activity. It works pretty well.

Last comment is for the developers. This was the information I found. The down key and guide key are one of the most used buttons when watching TV. I am considering returning the remote because of this.
