The X1 hub is sitting right next to the WiFi access point. The Roku stick and the X1 hub have been assigned static IP addresses in the router's DHCP server so the IP addresses do not change when the devices or the router is rebooted. This has to be a problem with the app scanning the network for the Roku stick. I know all the devices (Roku, X1 hub and iPhone) are on the network and can be pinged from any computer on the network. The iPhone has the Roku app installed and it is able to flawlessly connect to the Roku stick and control it. I am hoping you have some diagnostic software or logging that can diagnose what is keeping your app from locating the Roku stick. If not, I will have to return the X1 and keep looking for something that can reliably replace my dead Harmony remote.
