  • Switching Activities Powers Off Devices 10 month ago

    Potential solution --> https://bbs.sofabaton.com/post/1731

  • X1 does not store device power state for switching activities. 10 month ago

    This gave me an idea. I modified the power settings for my devices that have a single button for power on/off. I configured them to have separate Power On & Power Off then added a "Power" commend in the "Turn Off" action since there is on off button. I then changed the Power state to "Always on, unless the Off key is pressed. This workaround has solved my issue.

    Do those devices have separate on/off commands? I should have been more clear, this is when the device only has one power command. Do you recall what setting? The only setting I can see is "Power state" for an individual device. I have mine set to "Turn off when no in use" which was the default. The other options are - Always on - Always on, unless the Off key is pressed - The original remote doesn't have a power button
