I can confirm that the integration with Epson LS-800 via IR is broken. It doesn't work in any form or shape. I cannot "learn" the IR commands either because Epson LS-800 comes by default with a bluetooth remote. Someone mentioned " LS-800 is Bluetooth only not IR". That's not true. LS-800 supports IR with discrete codes for Power Up/Power Down. It's just that their default remote is not IR but you should be able to program it. Unfortunately Sofabaton does not allow me to set/fix the IR codes. Epson provided me the IR HEX codes but I have no option to insert them. It seems worse than the dealer programmed remote.... I've just made a request to amazon to return this as it says like a useless brick in my rack now. I recommend you to do the same until they allow us to provide IR hex codes.
