Have you heard back from them? I did not get any news neither about the X1S nor a new firmware for the X1 that may resolve some of the issues I have with it… Being somewhat disappointed…

I got the feedback just a few days ago that the X1S is currently under testing and is expected to hit the shelves soon. Doesn’t sound like 2023 to me…

What @lamb0985 repeated many times is not correct for the newer AppleTVs. They have a power button. I have added it (via learning) and one can turn on/off the AppleTV with this command. Note, that it needs a duration of 1s, that’s the only trick.

Thanks. But does not work correctly. Same problem as mentioned by Peter. Volume up/down and Mute work, but just one time. So mute will mute, but not unmute. I even learned the ir command from the original remote, but it seems that the X1 just allows that these keys are pressed one time and then refuses to send the same command again. If I press another key of the Ambeo it works one more time, etc. Is there a solution? Otherwise I have to send back my remote :-(

@SofaBaton: I do not think that you understand the question. It's about the missing possibility to define an order for favorite keys and macro keys. Currently, they are still randomly ordered and there is no way to put them in an order that make sense!

This is very annoying. There is no option (in the iOS app) to sort favorite keys and they also do not keep the order of when adding them. Even worse, the favorite keys are randomly mixed and also the macro keys are sorted in at an arbitrary place. For example, I added the num keys as favorites for my X1, and they now show in the following order: 1-2-Macrokey-3-4-0-5-6-8-7-9. This is usability at its worst! And I first added the macro, then 0, then 1-2-3, then the rest. The order is broken whatever I'm trying to do!
