I think you should listen the customers a little more. Most of whom have transitioned from a Harmony 665 or such. I get the macros BUT there is a colour macro for every remote control on the U2. The problem comes where (in my case - wife) you try to educate family how to use a remote that you have to remember the exact macro you placed on each of the colours on some or all of the remotes for 5 remotes - that's up to 20 macros! I got the U2 today and my wife is looking at me as if I had wasted money again!! I think you need to rethink the U2 again, something like the 665 with more buttons around the screen.
