Thank you for the reply. I was able to get the SONOS paired by getting my phone down to 2.4Ghz in a poor reception corner of the house, and adding it through the Wi-Fi, so that is now working. I did try the Arris VMS4100 and it did not recognize. Will it be possible to get that and the Nintendo Switch OLDE (HEG-001) added? I did try bluetooth, but there is no Nintendo listed under there, and trying other was unable to pair as a controller for the Nintendo or be recognized. Thank you!
