Thanks for the prompt response. I've seen quite a few reviews with people having issues. I wanted to share my experience, hoping some having issues might benefit from this. I believe the X1 is a good remote, and with a few upgrades, can be a great remote. I believe a remote capable of 5g wifi should be at the top of your hardware upgrade list. It might make for a more trouble-free experience for many. For now, I'm hoping myself (and others on various forums) can help make sure people stick to 2.4g networks. The other suggestions I had are really more cosmetic but can make people feel like they are getting a more "top shelf" remote. It seems like your firmware has already matured quite a bit and the experience is getting better. Keep working on that. The human experience can't be understated. Use novice people as testers for your remote setup and watch them. Every time they slow down, scratch their head, or just do something wrong, take that as a clue the something needs to be better. I found it pretty straightforward, but I am technical and tend to over-prepare. Most people aren't that. Thanks again for the quick response on the Android 14 fix. I may take you up on that.
