    Per lost hub which is not really lost, due to the speed of remote firmware upgrade or data synchronization is too slow that lost hub prompts after interruption, Pls kindly press the return key of the arrow in the upper right corner to exit the prompt For syncing remains at 0%, pls make the remote close to the Hub, then wake up the remote, and check if it can be synced successfully, tks.

    Our tech dpeartment has checked that it is flip code, they have fixed the database again, pls re-add it via searching Brand:VirginMedia Model:360 and check if the new datbase could work now.

    Sorry tp bother you, just got a feedback from other customer that when remote didn't wake up after starting Shield Activity, a simple 'up' command on the X1 remote wakes it up.. no longer have to power cycle the X1 hub to fix it, pls kindly try the step and check if it could work with your device or not, tks

    hello, per the issue, Please try to use command repeats to fix commands. In device mode, Edit----Add/ repair keys--down repair--command repeats, change the value to 1 or 2. After the test is OK, you can click apply to all commands

    Sorry, It could be a compatibility issue. For x1 suggest use 5V2A( USB A to USB C cable) to charge it.
