hello, we have issued a new firmware of the hub V11 , did you update it? From some customer feedback after updating the firmware, when remote didn't wake up the apple tv , a simple 'up' command on the X1 remote wakes it up.. pls kindly try the step and check if it could work with your device or not, tks

hello, per the issue, did you use the ir blaster? If yes, we suggest pls unplug the ir blaster, make hub in front of the lg tv ,fyi pls do not cover the IR reciver of the LG and check if your remote could control the device or not,
