Hi Dear,Remote control communicates with hub by customizing 2.4g, hub and app are connected by WiFi in LAN. The hub control device is mainly infrared and Bluetooth. In addition to the listed brands, other devices can choose other to add standard Bluetooth keyboard. Wifi control only supports three brands: Philips hue, SONOS and roku.
