Please make sure RF communication is not just availble between its own remote and the device like the Xfinity device etc. You might have to take a look at its own manul or reach its producer for further support. 3. Please make sure you have switched the original remote of this device, from IR/BL control to RF control. 4. Please make sure the original remote works first after being switched to RF control. 5. Please note for some devices that there are not all buttons are controlled by RF control or IR control. In that case, please see if any lights are flashing on the surface of this device when pressing buttons on the original remote after the original remote & device are all switched from IR/BL control to RF control----btw, if the buttons are RF or Bluetooth controlled, no lights are flashing on the device. 6.
