    Dear Customer, Thanks for your great advice.There is still so much to be improved for Sofabaton.We will keep you updated while we have such change.But we are sorry to tell that our remote can not work on PC now,but our data are all stored in Hub,there is no users data on the phone,and now our Hub has to connect to the local WiFi and then it works better.Thanks for your understanding.OωO

    Sorry for the inconvenience,Suggest kindly try to use bluetooth mode or manual learning mode to check if could make your device work well or not. For Bluetooth control devices, please refer to the following steps: Add Bluetooth device: first, add the corresponding Bluetooth device in the APP (if you can't find your device, you can try to select ''other''), then use the original remote control to control your device, enter the Bluetooth search menu, find the SofaBaton X1, and then click Connect. Manual learning mode, 1.Enter the information for your device. 2.Enter the name of the key you want to learn 3.Follow the instruction in the app to learn form the original remote When learning, the original remote should be pointed toward the circular icon, at a distance of 3-5 inches and perpendicular to the hub surface,

    Check that the new activity includes all the devices you need to open. You can also check the receiver soundbar's power settings separately, using edit-- Power Settings in device mode, to make sure you have always on selected unless theoff keys is pressed. Depending on your choice, the system will decide whether to turn off devices that are not in the new activity when switching between activities.
