Your settings are correct because the apple TV does not actually have a power command, only hibernates and activates. You can set the hibernation and activation of Apple TV by setting macro settings for turn on/off.
In addition, to avoid the interference of automatic hibernation of Apple TV, you can also add the homepage command to activity startup settings to turn on and activate Apple TV at the same time.

The macro key can control multiple devices. In reality, one key can be used directly. However, the macro only supports infrared devices and does not support Bluetooth devices. The key assignment switches to different devices.

There is something misunderstanding on my side,I do apologize,now all the firmware and hub are under test stage.
As far as I know,it will be updated successfully before mid of December at latest or at fast at the end of November,the screen-shooting I attached is from our test engineer's phone. They have updated to the latest update one for testing each and find any bugs or not.
I will keep you posted while ready to publish,thanks for your understanding.
