    Dear Customer, Sorry to tell that the X1 remote due to upgrade not so successful last week,then we now keep it to be V9 and it will update on X1S next month for the sample to retest,if it is okay,then it will go ahead to upgrade for next new type,thanks for your understanding.

X1 determines whether to send the power on command repeatedly when opening a new activity by recording the status of each device in the activity. If you turn on the XBOX or TV in device mode, the device in the X1 record is still turned off. If you turn on the activity, you will send the power on command again, which may cause the XBOX or TV to be turned off. We generally recommend that users switch devices in activity mode. If you need to use a device separately, we recommend that you set up a new activity and only add a TV or Xbox device. In this way, you can open/close the activity, and the status change will be recorded. When switching to other activities, there will be no confusion 2. In addition, if the CEC function of the TV is enabled, it may also be closed or enabled due to the association of other devices when switching activities. It is recommended to disable the CEC.

    About your device:, I feel so sorry to tell you that our technical staff did not find the codes in the database library. Per the issue, We suggest that you could try to use Bluetooth Mode Or IR Learning Mode to check if they could make your devices work well or not. 1. Bluetooth Mode 2. IR Learning Mode Learn from your Infrared devices: Select the Icon of the function key that needs to copy. Meanwhile, long-press the corresponding function key of the original remote. If the APP notifies you it's successful which means complete. If not, please try it again and adjust the distance of 2 remotes. Kindly noted:*For IR DEVICES, Keep U1 Line-Of-sight with your original remote.
