  • Switching Activities Powers Off Some Devices 1 year ago

    1. If the power keys of your TV and receiver are independent power on and power off, we recommend that you modify the default power command in device edit -- macro settings for turn on/off. Power (power toggle) may be used by default. Turn on and turn off correspond to different commands respectively, which can avoid the confusion of activity caused by device status errors. 2. If your original remote control has only one power command, you need to repair the power status of the device. And ensure that during daily use, do not change the power switch status in device mode, only switch or close all activities in activity Because X1 can only track the status of devices in all activities, it cannot record the switch actions in device mode. The repair method is as follows: press the off button at the top left of the remote control to close all activities. If any device is not closed, please close it manually. Keep the actual status of all devices consistent with the activity. Then open the activity again, and it should work normally. 3. The cec function of the TV itself may cause the TV to turn on or off unexpectedly. For example, when the box is turned off, the box also turns off the TV through CEC. It is recommended to turn off CEC or similar functions and try again

It is recommended to add the complete source list when adding the first Activity (only when switch source with one click, you can just add the source list you need) The repair method: pls enter in app, choose the activity, Edit---Startup settings, pls modify the input of the device to the correct ones, and save it. Then manually synchronize X1 remote, pls choose set option in the remote---then click sync When sync, pls make the remote close to the hub, tks.

  • Activities seem to over-write one another 1 year ago

According to the information you provided, we noticed that the problem mainly occurred in Denon's source switching. Please check Denon's source configuration information Denon device edit -- source confirmation, select Swith with one-click, enter the source list page, and check to ensure that all the input options you used in the list include BLu-ray and Media Player. If there is only one item, click Add and check all the inputs you use. Ensure that the source list is complete. Then, check whether the input set in the two activities is correct. Open the activity edit -- startup settings respectively, find the relevant options of source, and confirm whether the input selection is correct. If it is wrong, click to select it as correct. Note that the changes need to be saved. Both activities need to be checked. Finally, if the switching between two activities is normal, but the new one is opened after closing all activities, and the input does not jump normally, it may be caused by the long time the device is powered on and the input switching command is ignored. You can add a delay to the startup settings, and move between the two commands.
