Thank you for contacting us, you can open the sofabaton app, Me--API interface, and turn on the API switch.
If you create a successful Activity, you will see the link after opening the API.
If the information in the API is blank and there is no link, it means the Hub is not connected to the internet or the cloud account login is abnormal. Please use your current account and complete the setup new hub process again to let hub reconnect to wifi and make sure the authentication passes. This process will not affect the devices and activities that have been added, it just allows the hub to re-login to the cloud, so as to facilitate the synchronization of actvities information to the cloud.
