The remote control itself does not have infrared signals. Therefore, there needs to be a direct line of sight between the hub and the device. If there is an obstruction between your hub and Denon AVR-S960H, you need to use an IR blaster. Please press the buttons on the original remotes of the Denon AVR-S960H and check if any lights flash on the surface of your Denon. Then plug the IR blasters into the back of our hub and attach the heads of the IR blasters to this area.
