    Thank you for contacting us. Per the issue, suggest unplug and plug the hub immediately. , any difference?pls open the app and connect to the hub first.  After connecting to the hub, operate Me----X1 settings---pair with a new X1-Remote in the app, the hub pairing function will be enabled, suggest press the right button of the remote at first , then press the off button, hold them around 5-6s until the pairing appears in the remote screen. If still no help, pls provide your amaozn order number and problem video to us, then we will help you solve it properly, tks In the video, pls make the remote is on the hub and enable the hub pairing function via app, and press the two buttons on the remote(press the right button first, then  press the off key). we would like to check the status of the remote screen,  tks for your patience,you can contact us by email,Service@sofabaton.com.
