    If the device cannot be searched after the network is configured, it may be that WiFi is being upgraded. After the distribution network, please kill the app first, and then do not enter the app. Plug in and unplug the hub power again. Wait 5-10 minutes before entering the app to upgrade the WiFi firmware, because after the distribution network is connected to the Internet, go back to the server to pull the latest WiFi firmware.

    Per the issue, We suggest that you could try to use Bluetooth Mode Or IR Learning Mode to check if they could make your devices work well or not. 1. Bluetooth Mode 2. IR Learning Mode Learn from your Infrared devices: Select the Icon of the function key that needs to copy. Meanwhile, long-press the corresponding function key of the original remote. If the APP notifies you it's successful which means complete. If not, please try it again and adjust the distance of 2 remotes. Kindly noted: *For IR DEVICES, Keep U1 Line-Of-sight with your original remote.
