    Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience. Because the signal of X series is sent out from the hub, the remote control itself has no IR signal. And xbox is the device itself, the IR receiving range is narrower. We suggest you to use the hub close to the xbox, or use IR blaster to connect to the hub, and connect the other end to the IR signal emitting area of the xbox.
