Partial device on/off error
There are various possible reasons for abnormal device startup and shutdown. Please choose the corresponding solution based on the actual situation of the device.
1) The CEC function of the device causes confusion.
Turning off device CEC or similar functions may result in repetitive and conflicting operations between CEC and Activity, resulting in the device not being able to turn on or off normally.
2) Power status error.
Press the off button on the remote control to close all Activities If any device is not turned off, please manually turn off it (always switch to device mode by remote control or X1). Make the device's on/off state consistent with the activity record. Then open the activity again and it will return to normal.
3) The power key in the code library is incorrect.
Enter the device control page of the app and click on the page... Icon, view a list of all commands, test the power command button, and manually confirm whether the power button can work.
a. If the power button is working, it indicates that there is no problem with the power button. Please refer to other methods.
b. If the power button does not work, please fix the command.
4) Power settings setting error.
Enter the device control page of the app, click on the virtual power button on the page, and manually confirm whether the power button can work.
a. If the power button works, it indicates that there is no problem with the power settings.
b. If the power supply is not working, please check if the power status and power command are set correctly in Edit Power Settings. Please refer to the article Power settings or the video tutorial Power settings.
