Dear a. Are all lights working properly by our remote but just several lights being presented on app, yes? b. Are all lights of Hue added into oursystem at the same time or separately? c. If all lights being added at the same time, please forcefully quit our app and log into it again and have a verification again. If not, please keep is posted d. If the above failed, power off all lights + our Hub(by unplugging its power cable and plug it in again)and take a look on our app again.
