Because of the delay in switching on and off the TV, you may turn on the TV immediately after turning it off, and the TV cannot receive your power-on signal, resulting in an Activity error. When Activity switches the source, it is recommended to add a delay time before switching the source after the power is turned on, so that the TV can be fully turned on before switching the source to avoid the signal being ignored. You can add it in the Activity's startup settings.
