    Thanks for your message. The remote control itself does not have a microphone, so it cannot send voice commands directly. It needs to be used with Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. The way it works is that you send a voice command to your Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa, which can then transmit the command to the HUB to control your device. Before use, please sync SofaBaton account information in Skill of Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. Currently only supports Alexa, and Google is still in the process of certification, which is expected to be completed early next month.

In order to ensure that your WIFI is successfully upgraded, please turn on your mobile phone WIFI and Bluetooth, reconfigure the network for the Hub, click OK after the configuration is complete, close the APP, re-plug and unplug the HUb power supply, re-power, wait for 10 minutes 2. After the WIFI upgrade, please make sure that the WIFI of your mobile phone is turned on and connected to the same router as the Hub. Regarding the "OTA maintenance" problem you mentioned, the wifi is automatically updating the configuration, which is used to solve the problem that some mesh networks cannot find the hub, and the app connection needs to be temporarily disconnected during the update process.

    The technical department reported that this device could not be added. Please confirm whether the original remote control of J: COM LINK is controlled by infrared or Bluetooth. If it is infrared control, it is recommended that you add this device separately through the learning function after updating the app and firmware. For Bluetooth control devices, please refer to the following steps: Add Bluetooth device: first, add the corresponding Bluetooth device in the APP (if you can't find your device, you can try to select ''other''), then use the original remote control to control your device, enter the Bluetooth search menu, find the SofaBaton X1, and then click Connect.
